H. 14 cm, 50 x 50 cm. - Provenienz: Galerie Internationale du Verre, Biot; Privatsammlung Hamburg. - Englischer Glaskünstler, 1970-1972 ausgebildet an der St. Martins School of Art in London, 1975-1977 als Glasbläser für die Lampenindustrie tätig, 1978-1981 Bachelor of Arts am Stourbridge College of Art. - Colin Reid gilt als Pionier auf dem Feld des sog. 'kilncasting', einer innovativen Technik des im Brennofen in Formen geschmolzenen Glases. Seine Werke sind weltweit in zahlreichen privaten und öffentlichen Sammlungen vertreten.
