Vergoldetes Brückenuhrwerk (Kaliber 18'''H5?) mit Feinregulierung und Breguet-Spirale, darauf der Schriftzug "Patek Philippe & Cie - Genève Suisse", "Pat. Jan 13 - 1891" und Werksnummer "120330" (um 1905), Handaufzug. Gehäuse mit rs. Deckel (mit graviertem Monogramm), Staubdeckel (Gravur "No. 120330 - Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève - Guggenbuhl Merian Bâle") an Scharnier, verschieden punziert mit Feingehalt "18 K" und Helvetiamarke sowie "PPCo". Durchmesser ohne Krone ca. 48 mm, Gewicht ca. 79 g. Uhr läuft.

18ct. The white enamel dial (cracked) inscribed "Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève" in black, with Arabic numerals, red minute numerals, small seconds hand on the "6" and gilt hands. Gilt bridge movement (calibre 18'''H5?) with fine adjustment and Breguet spiral, bearing the inscriptions "Patek Philippe & Cie - Genève Suisse", "Pat. Jan 13 - 1891" and the factory serial number "120330" (circa 1905), manual winding. The case with a lid on the back (engraved with a monogram), hinged dust cover (engraved "No. 120330 - Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève - Guggenbuhl Merian Bâle"), various hallmarks with fineness "18 K", Helvetia mark and "PPCo". Diameter without the crown approx. 48 mm, weight approx. 79 g. Watch is functional.
