Verbund aus mehreren Holztafeln mit zwei Rückseiten-Sponki (verloren). Tempera auf Kreidegrund, gravierter Nimbus. Hintergrund und Gewand mit graviertem Rankenwerk verziert. Im oberen Bildbereich erscheint Christus umgeben von der Gottesmutter und Johannes sowie zwei Erzengeln (erweiterte Deesis). Malerei mit einigen Fehlstellen. Maße 70,5 x 57,5 cm.
