Rechteckige Schieferplatte mit fein eingelegtem Mosaik aus verschieden gefärbten Glassteinen. Darstellung Christi mit Dornenkrone, das Antlitz leidend nach oben gehoben. Maße des Mosaiks 33,5 x 24 cm, mit Schieferplatte 42 x33 cm.
Frühes großformatiges Mikromosaik.
Nach dem Gemälde "Ecce Homo" von Guido Reni (1575 - 1642), das sich heute in der Samlung des Louvre in Paris befindet.
