Kräftige Keilklinge mit Devisenätzung, frühem Herstellerzeichen und "Ges. Gesch.". Versilbertes Gefäß mit vollen Hirschhorngriffschalen. Schwarz lackierte Stahlscheide mit versilberten Beschlägen. Mundblech und Gefäß nummerngleich gestempelt "Ma 97". Dazu das frühe Gehänge aus braunem Leder. Länge 40 cm. Seltene erste Ausführung mit hirschhornbedecktem Knauf.

Heavy, single-edged blade with etched motto, early Eickhorn logo and marked "Ges. Gesch.". Silver-plated hilt with staghorn scales covering the whole grip. Black lacquered scabbard with silver-plated fittings. Throat and guard with matching stamps "Ma 97". Included is the early style hanger of brown leather. Length 40 cm. Rare first model specimen with "full stag" grip.
