Achteinhalbseitiger maschinengeschriebener Bericht über die Geschehnisse der Erstürmung des russischen "Werkes VIIb" bei Petrylow am 8./9. August 1915, für die von Tutschek der Militär-Max-Joseph-Orden verliehen wurde. Durchschlagspapier mit Klebebindung, Maße 32,5 x 21 cm. 18-seitiger Bericht (DIN A5) über die Verwundung im Luftkampf von Tutscheks am 11. August 1917, Durchschlag mit handschriftlichen Korrekturen, die letzten ein/zwei Seiten fehlen, die Beschreibung des Luftkampfes aber vollständig.
Eine schwere Verwundung durch ein Phosgen-Explosivgeschoss an der Schulter zwang von Tutschek zu einer sechsmonatigen Pause, in der er seine Erfahrungen als Jagdflieger niederschrieb, die 1918, noch vor seinem Tod, unter dem Titel "Stürme und Luftsiege" erschienen. Beide Berichte sind Bestandteil des Buchels als die Kapitel "Petrylov" bzw. "Des schwarzen Jagdfliegers letzter Jagdtag".
