Die S.M.S. Ayesha war ein hölzerner Rahschoner, mit dem sich ein Landungsverband der S.M.S. Emden unter dem Kommando des Kapitänleutnants Hellmuth von Mücke im November 1914 der Kriegsgefangenschaft entziehen konnte, nachdem die S.M.S. Emden in einem Gefecht mit HMAS Sydney zerstört worden war. Der Kinofilm hierzu, "Die Männer der Emden", erschien 2013 und wurde im deutschen Fernsehen von der ARD gesendet.

A total of 79 paginated sheets of paper inscribed on one side only describing the events of 1914/15, with a subsequent picture section featuring approximately 200 photos (with captions). Preface from 1921 with Mücke's dedication to his former comrades ("my old crowd", tr.) and his handwritten pencil signature. Gilt edging, bound in brown leather, gold embossed title "The Voyage of SMS Ayesha 1914 -15" (tr.). One photo page torn, minor losses here and there, tears, signs of age and use. Dimensions 32 x 22 x 3 cm.

The SMS Ayesha was a wooden shooner which helped the landing party of SMS Emden under the command of Kapitänleutnant Hellmuth von Mücke to avoid captivity in November 1914 after the SMS Emden was destroyed by the HMAS Sydney. The movie "Die Männer der Emden" was released in 2013 and shown on German TV.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
