Schwarz lackierter Lederkorpus (etwas eingesunken, krakeliert), Buntmetall-Beschläge mit schön erhaltener Vergoldung, verschraubter Gardeadler (keine Doppellöcher) mit Kaiserkrone und aufgelegtem versilberten und emaillierten Stern. Kreuzblatt mit vier Sternschrauben und abschraubbarer, gekehlter Spitze. Flache, lederunterfütterte Schuppenketten, Reichskokarde aus lackiertem Blech. Gewässertes, sandfarbenes Seidenripsfutter, rot bzw. grün unterfütterte Schirme. Partiell leicht beschädigt, Altersspuren.
Einzigartiger, hochrangiger Helm, extrem selten.

Black lacquered leather skull (slightly sunken, brittle), mounts of non-ferrous metal with well preserved gold plating, bolted eagle helmet plate (no double perforations) with imperial crown and applied silver-plated and enamelled star. Cruciform spike base with four star screws and detachable fullered spike. Flat leather-lined chinscales, Reich cockade of lacquered sheet metal. Watered sand-coloured silk rep lining, the visors with red and green lining, respectively. Partially slightly damaged, signs of age.
Unique helmet of a high-ranking officer, extremely rare.
