Schichtholzpropeller mit Brandstempeln, seitlich "No. 19894 - 100 PS - Mercedes - S 270 - St. 145", oberseitig "Geprüft FLZ." sowie ober- und unterseitig erneut die Nummer "19894" und "Z 17". Die Nabe mit einseitig eisernem Verstärkungsring und vier (von sechs) Schrauben, seitlich davon aufgelegter Pour le Mérite aus Kupfer und Emaille (kleine Ausbrüche), vierfach verstiftet durch die Adlerschwingen, sowie eine Reduktion des Abzeichens für Militärflugzeugführer. Überhöht durch eine kupferne Widmungsplakette mit gravierter Inschrift "Oblt. H. Göring z.fr. Er. an d. 7. Juli 1918 die Geschwader Kameraden". Am längeren Ende des Propellerflügels zudem aufgelegtes kupfernes Flachmodell eines Flugzeugs. Gesamtlänge 96 cm, Stärke des achtfach verleimten Propellers 12,5 cm.
Nach seiner Zeit als Beobachter bei seinem Freund Bruno Loerzer wurde Göring 1915 selbst Pilot und errang im November 1915 seinen ersten Luftsieg. Im Mai 1917 übernahm er die Führung der Jasta 27, im August 1917 wurde er zum Oberleutnant ernannt und nach seinem 19. Abschuss im Juni 1918 erhielt er den Pour le Mérite. Nach dem Tod der Kommandeure des Jagdgeschwaders 1, Manfred Freiherr von Richthofen im April und Wilhelm Reinhard im Juli 1918, wurde Hermann Göring am 6. Juli 1918 Kommandeur des Geschwaders.

Propeller of laminated wood with brand marks, on the side "No. 19894 - 100 PS - Mercedes - S 270 - St. 145", on top "Geprüft FLZ." as well as number "19894" and "Z 17" repeated on top and bottom. The boss with iron reinforcement ring on one side and four (of six) screws, beside it applied Pour le Mérite of copper and enamel (minor losses), fixed with four pins through the eagle’s wings, and a reduced-size version of the Military Pilot Badge. Surmounted by a copper dedication plaque with engraved inscription "Oblt. H. Göring z.fr. Er. an d. 7. Juli 1918 die Geschwader Kameraden". The longer end of the propeller wing with applied flat copper model of an aircraft. Overall length 96 cm, thickness of the propeller with eight glue-laminated layers 12.5 cm.
After his time as observer with his friend Bruno Loerzer, Göring became a pilot himself in 1915 and achieved his first aerial victory in November 1915. In May 1917, he took over the command of the Jasta 27, in August 1917, he was appointed first lieutenant and was awarded the Pour le Mérite after his 19th shootdown in June 1918. After the death of the commanders of the Jagdgeschwader 1, Manfred Freiherr von Richthofen in April and Wilhelm Reinhard in July 1918, Hermann Göring became commander of the Geschwader in July 1918.
