Rosenholz, furniert sowie Einlagen aus unterschiedlichen Edelhölzern und Applikationen aus vergoldeter Bronze. Über gekantetem Profilsockel balusterförmiger, eintüriger Korpus mit profilgerahmtem Pendelfenster. Korrespondierender Uhrenkopf mit plastischer Puttenbekrönung sowie verglastem Zifferblatt mit Datumsanzeige sowie Sekundenanzeige mit einem doppelten 30-Sekunden-Sektor, bez. Thiout L'ainé, Paris. Mechanisches Werk mit Halbstundenschlag auf Glocke. Rest. mit Erg.; H. 208 cm.
Der hauptsächlich für seine Großuhren bekannte Antoine Thiout (1694-1761) wurde 1724 Meister in Paris und 1751 Hofuhrmacher des Herzogs von Orleans. Zur Unterscheidung zu seinen Söhnen signierte Antoine seine Werke oft mit "Thiout l’ainé" (der Ältere).

Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
