IN THE MANNER OF THE VENETIAN FRAMES OF THE 16TH CENTURY RENAISSANCE PLATE FRAME OF THE 19TH C. WITH FINEST GOLD DECORATION Wood, edges with surrounding band frieze. Finely painted floral borders in gold on a red and blue ground, partly punched. Overall dimensions: 75 x 58 cm, inside dimensions: 57.3 x 40.1 cm. Smaller losses of gilding, partly edges min. bumped, lower left corner with rest. slight break. Provenance: Rhenish private collection.
