Abraham verstößt Hagar und Ismael
Seitenrichtige, stark verkleinerte Kopie nach dem berühmten, großformatigen Gemälde von Guercino (1591 - 1666), das dieser 1657 ursprünglich im Auftrag Massimiliano III. Stampa (1621-1659), 5. Marchese di Soncino, in Mailand gemalt hatte, der jedoch des Mordes angeklagt und zum Tode verurteilt wurde. Stattdessen wurde es von der Gemeinde von Cento erworben und dem neuen Legaten von Ferrara, Kardinal Lorenzo Imperiali (1612 - 1673) geschenkt. Im 18. Jh. befand sich das Gemälde im Palazzo Sampieri in Bologna, bevor es 1811 es schließlich in die Pinacoteca di Brera nach Mailand gelangte. Isaac Vogelsang lernte bei Jan van Huchtenburg in Amsterdam, wo er ansässig blieb. Da Vogelsangs Karriere in den Niederlanden nicht erfolgreich wurde, suchte er sein Glück in England und ging 1735/36 über Irland und Schottland nach London. Tempera(?)/Papier, auf Karton kaschiert. Mittig an der Säulenbasis sign. u. dat. 1750. 18,5 cm x 24,5 cm. Barock-Rahmen.

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
