Japan/China Watercolor on paper. 35x20 cm. Signed lower right. With slight traces of age. Ishikawa Kinichiro (1871-1945) was a Japanese painter who had taught in Taiwan at different institutes. He was the enlightener of modern Western art in Taiwan and the founder of art education in school in Taiwan.
