Öl auf Leinwand. Vielfigurige Darstellung der im Zentrum thronenden Königin von Saba umgeben von zahlreichen Hofdamen, Putti, einem Pferd und Mars. Im Hintergrund antikisierende Ruinen sowie Landschaftsdarstellung. Maße gerahmt 113 x 166 cm. Bildmaße 93 x 146 cm. Doubliert. Leichte Altersschäden. Teils restauriert. Rahmen bestoßen.
Hinten auf dem Keilrahmen handschriftliche Zuschreibung an Luca Giordano (* 1634 Neapel; † 1705 ebenda), genannt Fa. Presto, italienischer Maler und Radierer des Barock.

Oil on canvas. A multi-figured representation of the Queen of Sheba enthroned in the centre, surrounded by numerous ladies-in-waiting, putti, a horse and Mars. Antique-style ruins and a landscape in the background. Framed dimensions 113 x 166 cm. Size of the painting 93 x 146 cm. Re-lined. Slight damage due to age. Partially restored. The frame chipped. A handwritten attribution to Luca Giordano (* 1634 in Naples; † 1705 ibid.), an Italian painter and etcher in the baroque period known as Fa Presto, on the back of the stretcher.

Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
