Tinte auf dünnem Papier. Doppelblatt, dreiseitig beschrieben, oben datiert "Schweidnitz, le 20 mars 1807" und unten die eigenhändige Unterschrift "Jerome Napoleon". Nach der Schlacht von Eylau (7. Februar) bezog die Große Armee ihr Winterquartier. Napoleon bereitet den Sommerfeldzug vor, der mit dem Sieg von Friedland (14. Juni) und dem Vertrag von Tilsit (8. Juli) enden wird. Aus seinem Hauptquartier in Schweidnitz in Schlesien berichtet Jerome seinem Bruder. Er verfügt über 14600 Infanteristen und 1600 Pferde etc. Vereinzelt Risse, Knicke, gedunkelt, etwas fleckig. Maße 33,5 x 22 cm.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
