Representation of romantic landscapes with streams, people, and livestock. Appointment as court painter to the Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Saalfeld. Represented in important museums. Subject: Summer perfect landscape with three people, in the heat of summer under the gnarled strong oak detent. In the Background the Silhouette of a well-Franconian village.
