Bronze-Hohlguss, braun patiniert, am rechten Armansatz die Künstlersignatur "J. Kope", rs. signiert "1877 Roma". Der Kaiser in ziviler Kleidung. Runder, profilierter Bronzesockel, passgenau angesetzt. Etwas berieben, Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Gesamthöhe 43 cm. Detailliert ausgearbeitete, ausdrucksstarke Figur.

Hollow cast bronze, brown patina, the artist's signature "J. Kope" on the lower edge of the right sleeve, signed "1877 Roma" at back. The emperor in civilian clothing. Round, profiled bronze base, accurately fitted. Slightly rubbed, signs of use and age. Overall height 43 cm. Expressive bust with elaborate details.
