Lot 3135 | Kaiserin Elisabeth von Österreich – drei Teile Leibwäsche aus der Sommergarderobe, um 1870/80

Bestehend aus Unterleibchen und Wickel-Beinkleid aus feinem weißen Leinen sowie einem Paar langer Baumwollstrümpfe. Das ärmellose Leibchen am Hals und Dekolleté mit Spitzenbordüre und kleiner, in Weiß gestickter Krone. Das Beinkleid mit Bordüre an den Beinabschlüssen. Die feinen Strümpfe mit eingearbeiteter Bezeichnung "E.S" bzw. "Paris" sowie in Rot gesticktem Monogramm "E.S" unter Krone. In textilbezogenem Kästchen mit farbigen Galanterieszenen, das cremefarbene Seidenfutter etwas zerschlissen. Unterseitiges Inventaretikett "Privatfond I.K.K. Majestät". Maße ca. 43 x 36 x 19 cm.

Empress Elisabeth of Austria – three undergarments from her summer wardrobe, circa 1870/80
The set composed of a camisole and drawstring pantalettes in fine white linen, with a pair of long cotton stockings. The sleeveless camisole with a lace border at the neck and décolleté, plus a small crown in white embroidery. The pantalettes with a trim at the leg ends. The fine stockings with integrated labels reading "E.S" and "Paris", with a crowned monogram "E.S" in red embroidery. In a cloth-covered casket with coloured tableaux of chivalry, the cream-coloured silk lining somewhat frayed. An inventory label "Privatfond I.K.K. Majestät" on the underside. Dimensions approx. 43 x 36 x 19 cm.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
