Messing, teils geschwärzt, vermessingtes Kupfer und Glas. Der Lampenkorpus mit leicht rechteckigem Querschnitt, an zwei Seiten mit Glaseinsätzen, diese jeweils mit Prismenschliff an den Rändern und im Zentrum der fein geschnittenen Krone der Kaiserin. Die übrigen Innenflächen sowie die Kerzenhalterung mit Reflektoren versehen, die Außenflächen geschwärzt, eine davon als Klappe zu öffnen. Überhöht durch einen pilzartigen Schirm aus teils geschwärztem Messing mit Abzugsöffnungen für die Verbrennungsgase. Langer Schaft aus vermessingtem Kupfer (berieben). Gesamthöhe ca. 62 cm.
Vgl. die sehr ähnlichen Kutschlampen des Leib-Landauletts der Kaiserin Elisabeth ab 1885 in der Ausstellung der Kaiserlichen Wagenburg in Wien, diese ebenfalls mit geschnittenen Kronen im Glas, aber zusätzlich durch eine Krone über dem Abzugsschirm überhöht.
Brass, partially blackened, brass-plated copper and glass. The body of the lamp of slightly rectangular cross-section, with glass panels inset on two sides, both with prism cut around the edges and the Empress' crown finely chiselled in the centre. The other inner surfaces and the candle holder fitted with reflectors, the outer surfaces blackened, one of which can be unfolded. Surmounted by a mushroom-shaped hood of partially blackened brass with exhaust vents for the combustion gases. The long shaft made of brass-plated copper (rubbed). Overall height circa 62 cm.
Cf. the very similar carriage lamps on the travelling landaulet used by Empress Elisabeth after 1885 in the exhibition at the Imperial Carriage Museum in Vienna, which also feature chiselled crowns in the glass, but are additionally surmounted by a crown above the exhaust hood.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
