Kandschar mit Griff aus beschnitztem Elfenbein, Persien um 1800. Gekrümmte, zweischneidige Klinge mittig gegratet und mit sichtbarer Damaststruktur. Griffstück aus einteilig gearbeitetem, poliertem Walross-Elfenbein, floral reliefiert geschnitten mit Randabstufung, mittig umlaufender Spannungsriß mit kleiner Fehlstelle. Sehr gut nachgefertigte, belederte und profilierte Holzscheide mit Knaufabschluss aus Bein. Länge 38cm. Z 2 (SW05). A Khanjar, Persia Qajar Period late 18th, early 19th century with double-edged blade, the handle is made of a solid piece of walrus ivory.
