Vier Feldpostbriefe aus dem 1. Weltkrieg, davon einer an den Bruder Dr. Wilhelm Fabricius, kaiserlicher Vize-Konsul. Dazu zwei Briefe mit Originalunterschriften von Scheer und Dönitz, Zeugnis zur Befähigung zum Kapitän auf großer Fahrt (22.12.1932), Notizen zum Lebenslauf etc. Weiterhin Texte zu seinem spektakulären Einsatz 1944 in Sombernon, wo er als Oberst der Luftwaffe den Ort vor der Vernichtung bewahrte. Außerdem aus dem Nachlass zwei große Mappen mit Druckgrafik zur Geschichte der deutschen Flotte und zur großherzoglich-hessischen Armee (Maße 62 x 45 c und 33 x 42 cm, Vollständigkeit nicht geprüft).
Ludwig Fabricius senior begann 1904 als Seekadett auf der SMS Moltke, diente 1906 im I. Seebataillon, erhielt von Juli bis November 1917 eine Ausbildung als Luftschiffkommandant in der Marine-Luftschiffabteilung, war Wachoffizier auf der SMS "König Albert" und von Dezember 1918 bis Juni 1919 Kommandant der der SMS „Dresden“. Am 2. Weltkrieg nahm er als Stabsoffizier der Luftwaffe teil.
Sein Sohn Ludwig Fabricius junior, der 1943 der jüngste U-Boot-Kommandant der Kriegsmarine war, hinterließ Fotos und Schriftstücke, die im Katalog Deutsche Zeitgeschichte angeboten werden.

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
