Steifer Kasten (innen rot lackiert), mit schwarzem Leder bezogen, auf dem Deckel reiche und schwere vergoldete Buntmetallbeschläge, dabei, eingefasst von vergoldetem Lorbeerlaub, die Herrscherchiffre "VR" unter Krone, darüber aufgelegt die Krone des Prince of Wales mit silbernen Federn. Die Seiten des Kastens verziert mit aufgelegtem vergoldeten Lorbeerlaub. Bandelier aus schwarzem Leder, schauseitig aufgelegt ein mehrteiliger, kunstvoll verschlungener Fries aus vergoldetem Buntmetall. Aufwendig verzierte Schnalle mit bekrönter Chiffre "VR". Komplett mit beiden silbernen Räumnadelkettchen, auf dem Beschlag die Krone des Prince of Wales und die walisische Devise "ICH DIEN". Spitze der Schließlasche abgerissen (separat anbei, reparabel). Partiell leicht beschädigt, Trage- und Altersspuren. Maße des Kastens 16 x 9 x 4 cm. Einzigartige, ranghohe Kartusche von seltener Pracht.

The rigid case covered with black leather and lacquered in red on the inside. Lavish and heavy gilt, non-ferrous metal fittings on the lid, the sovereign's cipher "VR" below a crown framed by gilt laurel leaves, above which the appliquéd crown of the Prince of Wales with silver feathers. The sides of the box embellished with appliquéd, gilt laurel leaves. The bandolier in black leather, a multi-piece, ornate, intertwined frieze in gilt, non-ferrous metal mounted on the front. Ostentatiously decorated buckle with crowned cipher "VR". Comes complete with both silver cleaning pick chains, the crown of the Prince of Wales and the Welsh motto "ICH DIEN" on the fitting. The tip of the closure flap torn off (enclosed separately, repairable). Slightly damaged in places, signs of age and wear. Dimensions of the case 16 x 9 x 4 cm. Unsurpassed, high-ranking cartridge box of rare splendour.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
