A small Italian Renaissance relief of Bacchus, 17th century
After antiquity. Yellowish marble from Siena, finely sculpted with the representation of the fully bearded Bacchus. The relief mounted in an iron frame and on a stepped plinth. Total height 25.5 cm. Signs of age. Marble formerly quarried, expertly restored. Beautifully grown patina.

Nach der Antike. Gelblicher Marmor aus Siena, fein skulptiert mit der Darstellung des vollbärtigen Bacchus. Auf getreppter Plinthe das im Eisenrahmen montierte Relief. Gesamthöhe 25,5 cm. Altersspuren. Marmor ehemals gebrochen, jedoch fachmännisch restauriert. Schöne gewachsene Patina.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
