Alexander I. (1888 - 1934) war von 1921 bis 1934 der König Jugoslawiens. Am 8.6.1922 heiratete er Maria von Rumänien, eine Tochter des rumänischen Königs Ferdinand I. aus dem Haus Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen. Im Jahr 1929 setzte er die Verfassung außer Kraft und proklamierte die Königsdiktatur. Alexander I. starb durch ein Attentat 1934 in Marseille, das filmisch dokumentiert ist.
The black and white photograph of the royal couple bearing the original signatures of Alexander I and Queen Mary in ink. Under glass, in a magnificent frame of gilt brass, surmounted by their crowned initials. The back made of wood (labelled in French) with a stand. The photograph slightly torn, somewhat discoloured, the frame knocked. Dimensions 27.5 x 17.5 cm. Also including ten blank white cards (measuring 9.6 x 15.2 cm) with the crowned monogram "A".
Alexander I (1888 - 1934) was King of Yugoslavia from 1921 to 1934. On 8 June 1922, he married Princess Maria of Romania, daughter of Ferdinand I of Romania from the House of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen. In 1929, he abolished the constitution and proclaimed the royal dictatorship. Alexander I was assassinated in Marseille in 1934. The attack was captured on film.

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
