Pergamenturkunde mit kalligraphischem Text sowie Gebührenmarken, rechts unten die eigenhändige Unterschrift des Königs "Friedrich" sowie die Gegenzeichnung durch den Premierminister Johann Kasimir von Wartenberg (1643 - 1712). An Pergamentstreifen anhängende eiserne Siegelkapsel mit geprägtem Adler bzw. Szepterwappen. Intaktes schwarzes Wachssiegel. Die Urkunde mehrfach gefaltet und mit Falzbrüchen sowie fleckig. Maße 25,5 x 50,5 cm, Außendurchmesser der Kapsel 7,7 cm. Seltene Urkunde des ersten preußischen Königs über "anderthalb Hufen Landes mit Röhrung, Holtzung, Gräsungen, Wiesen, Weiden, und sonsten mit allen anderen Gerechtigkeit, Zugehörung und Nutzung".
Sehr gute erhaltene Signatur.

Parchment document with calligraphic text and fee stamps, the King's original signature "Friedrich" and the countersignature of Prime Minister Johann Kasimir von Wartenberg (1643 - 1712) at the bottom right. The iron seal box with an embossed eagle and sceptre coat of arms attached by a strip of parchment. Intact black wax seal. The document folded several times, ripped in places at the creases, and stained. Dimensions 25.5 x 50.5 cm, outside diameter of the box 7.7 cm. Rare document issued by the first Prussian King, granting (tr.) "one and a half hooves of land with reeds, wood, grasslands, meadows, pastures, and otherwise with all other equity, ownership and use".
The signature in excellent condition.

The results of the auction are published within a few days after the end of the auction. In the top menu of the site, find the tab "Auctions". Click on it and you will be on the auction catalog page, where you can easily find the category "Results". After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
