Bronze, dunkelbraun patiniert, an der Plinthe rs. die Gießereisignatur "Aktien-Gesellschaft vorm. H. Gladenbeck u. Sohn Berlin – Friedrichshagen". Friedrich II. stehend mit Gala-Dreispitz, Uniformrock, dem Bruststern des Schwarzen Adlerordens und der Ordensschärpe, um die Hüfte gelegt die preußische Offiziersschärpe, an der linken Seite der Infanterieoffiziersdegen mit Portepee, die rechte Hand aufgestützt auf einen Gehstock mit zwei Quasten. Auf schwerem, profiliertem Holzsockel im Stil des 18. Jhdts., schauseitig ein plastisches Fruchtgehänge (Feston), an den Ecken Schuppenbänder und Voluten, die obere Standfläche, auf der die Bronze ruht, ist drehbar. Stellenweise berieben, Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Höhe der Figur 89 cm. Gesamthöhe mit Sockel 138 cm. Gewicht ohne Sockel 38 kg, mit Sockel 60 kg.
Der Entwurf stammt von Johann Gottfried Schadow (1764 - 1850), der Friedrich II. noch persönlich erlebte und ihn deshalb realistisch in seinem Wesen erfassen konnte, was ihm mit dieser detaillierten Figur meisterhaft gelang.

Bronze, with a dark brown patina, the foundry's signature "Aktien-Gesellschaft vorm. H. Gladenbeck u. Sohn Berlin – Friedrichshagen" on the back of the plinth. Friedrich II standing, wearing a gala tricorne, uniform tunic, the breast star of the Order of the Black Eagle and the order sash, the Prussian officer's sash around his waist. The infantry officer's sword with sword knot in his left hand, his right hand resting on a walking stick with two tassels. On a heavy, contoured wooden pedestal in the style of the 18th century, a lifelike bunch of fruit (festoon) on the front. Scale bands and volutes in the corners, the upper base on which the bronze stands can be rotated. Rubbed in places, showing signs of handling and age. Height of the figurine 89 cm. Total height including pedestal 138 cm. Weight without pedestal 38 kg, including pedestal 60 kg.
The statue was designed by Johann Gottfried Schadow (1764 - 1850), who was personally acquainted with Friedrich II and therefore able to realistically capture the essence of the man, expertly succeeding with this detailed figure.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
