Fotoalbum mit Einband in Lacktechnik (Maße 27,5 x 36 x 6 cm), darin ca. 170 eingeklebte beschriftete Fotos unterschiedlicher Formate auf Seiten mit Goldschnitt, dabei Südseereise 1906 an Bord der "Prinz Eitel Friedrich" sowie der S.M.S. "Loreley", Konstantinopel, Athen, Fahrt mit der S.M.S. "Planet" 1907 mit Stationen in China, Hong Kong, Manila, mehrere Fotos von Matupi, Carolinen-Inseln, Neu-Hannover etc., einzelne beiliegende Fotos und Zeitungsausschnitte. Außerdem eine Mappe mit gesticktem Stoffeinband (Maße 27 x 34 x 4 cm), darin über 20 Fotos, dabei stimmungsvolle Farbaufnahmen von Konstantinopel. Dazu ein Fotoalbum (Maße 18 x 25 x 2 cm) mit ca. 60 Fotos von 1922 mit Minensuchern in der Ostsee, Swinemünd, Riga, GFM Hindenburg in Königsberg. Außerdem ein kleines Fernglas mit alt eingekratztem Namen "C. Meyer", drei gerahmte Schiffsfotos (eines ohne Glas) und die vier Bücher "Kaperkrieg im Atlantik" (Einband lose, Buchrücken fehlt), "Das schwarze Schiff" (zum Hilfskreuzer "Wolf"), "S.M.S. Wolf" von Nerger (vorderes Vorsatzpapier fehlt) sowie "Unsere Marine im Weltkrieg 1914 - 1918". Teilweise beschädigt, Altersspuren.
Christian Meyer war 1895 Marine-Ingenieur-Anwärter, 1914 Leitender Ingenieur auf dem türkischen Kreuzer "Berk i Satfet" sowie 1916 - 1918 Leitender Ingenieur auf der legendären S.M.S. "Wolf" unter Karl-August Nerger. Im Jahr 1931 avancierte er zum Korvettenkapitän. Vgl. Werner von Langsdorff, Kaperkrieg im Altlantik, Gütersloh 1942, S. 341.
