Lot 637 | KPM Berlin Teeservice "Potsdamer Stadtschloß" für 4 Personen, 20. Jahrhundert
Form: "Rocaille", Dekor: "Potsdamer Stadtschloß", entworfen von Friedrich Elias Meyer um 1770, bestehend aus Teekanne, 4 Teetassen/UT, 4 Kuchenteller, Zuckerdose und Milchkännchen, partiell mit gelben Reservenfeldern, polychrome Blumenmalereien aus Buketts und Girlanden sowie feines, vergoldetes Blätterrelief, unterglasurblaue Zeptermarke und rote Reichsapfelmarke, min. beschädigt, (Standring der Kanne), Zuckerdose mit dem Zusatz "Malerei-Modell" gestempelt. Friedrich II. bestellte für die Ausstattung seiner Schlösser insgesamt 21 Service, deren Gestaltung und Farbgebung auf die Innenausstattung der Räume abgestimmt waren. Nach dem Service "Breslauer Stadtschloß" mit blauem Schuppendekor, bestellte er dasselbe Dekor mit gelben Reserven ohne Schuppen für das Potsdamer Schloß.

Designed by F. E. Meyer around 1770, min. damaged. Frederick II. ordered for his castles all together 21 sets, one for the "Castle of Potsdam", all sets are coordinated with the color and interior of the castles.

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
