Blanker Stahlbogen, an beiden Wurfarmen innen gemarkt "L W L" und mittig von zwei verkeilten Eisenklammern an der Säule gehalten. Gut erneuerte Sehne. In die Säule integrierter eiserner Spannhebel mit pilzförmiger Handhabe und Spannkasten, darin ein intaktes Schloss mit einfingriger Nuss und Knopf-Auslöser, am Hebelende hinten eine Arretierung (muss neu justiert werden). Hohes Visier mit Kimme und zwei Diopterlöchern, klappbare eiserne Visiergabel. Stabile, feinmaserige Holzsäule, an der Oberseite teils gravierte Beinintarsien (Fehlstelle), vorne das Motiv einer Eule, ein Monogramm "MVM" und die Jahreszahl "1698", Messingbeschläge, nach unten klappbarer eiserner Schulteranschlag, vorne ein schwenkbarer Eisenring mit Haken. Partiell leicht beschädigt, Gebrauchs- und Altersspuren. Bogenweite 49,5 cm, Gesamtlänge 75,5 cm.
Sehr seltener, schön erhaltener Kugelschnepper mit interessanter Mechanik. Diese Form der Kugelarmbrust hatte ihren Ursprung in Spanien und verbreitete sich im Zug der spanischen Mode auch in den Niederlanden und in England.
