Lot 3144 | Kürassierhelm, deutsch/flämisch, um 1600
Zweiteilig geschlagene Kalotte mit leichtem Mittelgrat und kleinem, spitz zulaufendem Augenschirm sowie gebördeltem Nackenschirm, Reste von Liniendekor. Aufschlächtiges Visier mit Mittelsteg im Sehschlitz und rechts und links leicht getriebenem Liniendekor, rechts Verschlusskloben und eine punktförmige Öffnung. Aufschlächtiges Kinnreff mit Verriegelungshaken und einteiligem, angenietetem, am Rand gebördeltem Halsreifen, rechts Verriegelungshaken (später). Kalotte und Visier mit umlaufenden Futternieten, davon fünf aus Messing. Oberflächen patiniert, Delaminierungen in der Kalotte und den Rändern des Kinnreffs, Halsreifen und Nackenschirm im Bereich der Bördelung mit Fehlstellen. Höhe 29 cm.

The surfaces patinated, delamination in the skull and the flanges of the bevor, the lame and neck guard with imperfections in the turned flanges. Height 29 cm.
