(1782-1863). Halbfigur nach rechts sitzend. L. u. undeutlich signiert und 1861 datiert. L. o. Familienwappen. Rücks. bezeichnet mit Namen und Geburtsdatum des Dargestellten und dem Zusatz "Hasenpoth Hauptm. Ger. Assessor". Öl auf Lwd. 84 x 67 cm. Rest. Besch. Rahmen besch. (96 x 79 cm).

Peter Gustav Adam von Heyking lebte in Kurland. Er wurde 1782 in Zehren geboren und starb 1863 in Mitau. Er war verheiratet mit Luise Eleonore Caroline von Schlippenbach (1786-1850). Die rechts stehende kleine Büste einer Dame stellt wohl Heykings 11 Jahre vor Entstehung des Porträts verstorbene Gattin dar.
