A GILT-LACQUERED BRONZE FIGURE OF BUDDHA SHAKYAMUNI - Thailand, Chien Seng period, 16th c. - Seated in sattvasana on a lotus base placed on a pierced hexagonal pedestal, his right hand lowered in bhumisparshamudra while the left is resting on his lap, wearing uttarasangha tied around his waist and samghati covering his left shoulder, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast mother-of-pearl inlaid eyes below arched eyebrows running into the nose-bridge, smiling lips, elongated earlobes and his curled hairdo continuing into the ushnisha, traces of later red lacquer. - From a Swiss private collection, ex Paul Emberger collection, acquired from him in 2004 Traces of age, wear, slightly damaged

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
