Schlanker, achtkantiger Lauf mit glatter Seele im Kaliber 12,5 mm. Schloss mit halb außenliegendem Rad. Die Radabdeckung aus Messing mit durchbrochenem und graviertem Adlermotiv. Schlossplatte mit feiner, barocker Blumengravur. Gefederter Abzug. Schaft aus ebonisiertem Nussbaumholz mit plastisch verschnittenem floralen Dekor. Kolbenkappe mit Messingband, eiserner Abzugsbügel. Ladestock mit Messingdopper. Länge 64 cm.
A long German wheellock pistol with carved stock, Suhl, circa 1640
Slender octagonal barrel with smooth bore in 12.5 mm calibre. Lock with semi-external wheel, the wheel cover of brass with openwork and engraved eagle motif. Lock plate finely engraved with Baroque flower ornaments. Spring-loaded trigger. Stock of ebonised walnut wood carved with three-dimensional flowers. Butt cap with brass band, iron trigger guard. Ramrod with brass tip. Length 64 cm.
