Philip Larkin talks to Eboracum. In: Eboracum 10. S. 9 u. 16. York, Eboracum (1970). 4°. 18 S., 1 Bl. OU. - Dazu: Dass. London, (Privatdruck) 1982. Mit dem Faksimile des 1970 in kleinster Aufl. erschien. Separatdrucks für den Autor. 4 Bl. 16°. in Klammer gehetet in e. Dokumentation mit demselben Titel. 6 Bl. mit der Geschichte des Beitrags u. Faksimile der Korrespondenz. Okart.
Neuwert. Exempl. - Fine copy. Not in Bloomfield (but v. E12). The 1970 original was printed in an edition of about twenty copies: one was sent to Larkin, most of the rest remained undistributed. Eighteen copies were re-discovered in February 1982 and issued privately "together with a word or two of explanation [by the erstwhile editor of 'Eboracum'] and the appended facsimiles", as here, in order to correct and question statements made in Bloomfield's Bibliography. According to the introduction, the piece as originally published was in fact not an interview but was actually written by Larkin. The 1982 additions include five brief letters from Larkin, reproduced in facsimile. All books listed by Robert Temple are first editions unless otherwise stated. - Dabei: About Larkin. The Newsletter of the Philip Larkin Society. Nr. 1-36 (Nr. 2 dplt. vorh.) in 37 Heften. Hull 1996-2013. 4°. OU. - ?Bloomfield,B.? Brought to Book. Philip Larkin and his bibliographer. Some reniniscenses. Edinburgh 1995. 17 S. Illustr. OU.
