Einteilig gearbeitete Büste aus weißem Carrara-Marmor. Idealisierte Darstellung des Philosophen ohne Perücke im neo-klassizistischen Stil. Auf der Rückseite eingelassene eiserne Befestigungsöse. Höhe 53 cm.
Voltaire (1694-1778), bekannter französischer Philosoph und Schriftsteller.

The bust carved in one piece in white Carrara marble. Idealised representation of the philosopher without his wig, in neo-classical style. An iron fastening ring inset on the back. Height 53 cm.
Voltaire (1694 - 1778) was a famous French philosopher and writer.
