Exemplaire Casteja-Kettaneh, unique, illustréde compositions originales de Lobel-Riche, de cette édition jamais menée àson terme.Reliure de Georges Cretté.

In-4 (315 x 245 mm). « Exemplaire unique, composé et imprimé pour Monsieur le Marquis de Casteja. Illustré de compositions originales et enluminé par le peintre-graveur Lobel-Riche ». Il est imprimé sur vélin fort, filigrané aux armes et au nom du marquis. L’exemplaire est ainsi illustré de 28 compositions originales signées de Lobel-Riche, au fusain, lavis, sanguine, aquarelle. L’artiste a également rehaussé à l’or titre et vignette, et à la gouache les lettrines.
- Monté en fin de volume se trouve le manuscrit autographe signé de la fin de l’ouvrage, intitulé « La fin de Psyché », signé par Claude Farrère à Etchebiague en juillet-août 1927.Il s’agit d’une version de travail, avec corrections et repentirs. 30 pp. sur autant de feuillets in-4 (286 x 210 mm), à l’encre noire.
- On trouve enfin une lettre autographe signée d’Edouard Chimot, datée du 16 décembre 1948 et peut-être adressée au marquis de Casteja, à propos du manuscrit. 2 pp. sur 1 feuillet in-4 (27à x 210 mm), à l’encre bleue, monté sur onglet.
Reliure signée de Georges Cretté, en maroquin cramoisi, avec décor de volutes sur les plats faits de filets dorés et ébène, et de pièces de maroquin ivoire, lettre dorée sur le dos lisse, doublure de daim ivoire avec encadrement du même maroquin cramoisi, garde de daim ivoire, tranches dorées sur témoins, chemise, étui. Provenance : exemplaire nominatif imprimé pour le marquis de Casteja – ex-libris Francis Kettaneh (1897-1976).

Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
