"L'archer" (Archer). Original title
Large Bronze, green-brown patina. signed; Black light veined marble plinth. The Art Deco sculptor Gibert studied with Jean Boucher, the Academy of art in Les Beaux-Arts de Paris and fed from 1923 on, regularly in the Salon des Indépendants. He became famous for his numerous public commissions and as Director of the Monnaie de Paris. Ges.-L. 78 cm. Ges.-H. 72,5 cm.
Green-brown patinated bronze. Signed. Marble plinth.
