Der 1900 geborene Marc Lalique übernahm nach dem Tod seines Vaters René Lalique das berühmte Familienunternehmen in Wingen-sur-Moder. Anfang der 1950er Jahre war er nicht nur die treibende gestalterische Kraft, sondern auch für den Wechsel von der Glas- zur Kristallherstellung verantwortlich. Dieser ließ das Unternehmen schnell zu einem der Wichtigsten unter den führenden französischen und internationalen Kristallherstellern werden. Der sog. "Kaktus"-Tisch zählt zu einem der aufwändigsten Stücke der Manufaktur, dessen Herstellung aus diversen Einzelteilen neben einer besonderen Fertigkeit vor allem ein perfektes Gespür für Timing und Temperatur der Glasmasse erfordert und so ausschließlich durch die besten Meister ihres Faches erfolgen kann.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
