Achtkantiger, mittig leicht eingezogener Bronzelauf mit ganzflächiger Feuervergoldung (stellenweise berieben). Die Mündung mit ca. 3 cm langer Ladehülse, sechsfach gezogene Seele im Kaliber 12 mm. Vergoldete eingeschobene Visierung mit Klappkimme. Fein graviertes Bandwerk mit Portraitkartuschen, über der Kammer signiert "Johann Adam Knod". Feuervergoldete Schlossplatte aus Bronze mit eisernem Hahn und Batterie. Fein gravierter jagdlicher Dekor, signiert "Johann Adam Knod - in Carlsbad". Vergoldete Schlossgegenplatte mit reliefierter Darstellung einer Wildschweinjagd auf fein ziseliertem Grund. Schön verschnittene Vollschäftung aus Nussbaumholz mit reich dekorierter feuervergoldeter Garnitur. Kolbenfach mit federverriegeltem Schubdeckel. Originaler hölzerner Ladestock mit vergoldetem Dopper. Länge 77 cm.
Johann Adam Knod (1690 - 1751) verbrachte seine Gesellenzeit in Wien und wurde 1719 Meister. Später in Karlsbad tätig.

The octagonal bronze barrel slightly constricted in the middle with fire gilding over the entire surface (abraded in places). The muzzle with approx. 3 cm loading shell, six-groove rifled bore in 12 mm calibre. Dovetailed gilt sights with folding rear sight. Finely engraved scrolling bands with portrait cartouches, signed "Johann Adam Knod" at the breech. Fire-gilt bronze lock plate with iron cock and frizzen. Delicately engraved hunting decoration, signed "Johann Adam Knod - in Carlsbad". Gilt lock side plate with a depiction of a boar hunt in relief on a finely chased background. The beautifully carved full stock in walnut, the fire-gilt furniture lavishly embellished. Patch box with a spring catch and sliding lid. Original wooden ramrod with gilt tip. Length 77 cm.
Johann Adam Knod (1690 - 1751) completed his apprenticeship in Vienna, becoming a master craftsman in 1719. He subsequently worked in Carlsbad.

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. In the near future you will find detailed information for each case in the section "Auction information" on the page of the auction catalog and the lot.
Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
