Maria Dundakova: Multimedia-Könstlerin. Geboren am 14.12.1939 in Sofia. Ab 1959 Besuch der Kunstakademie in Sofia, Abschluss 1965 in Kunst am Bau. Reisen 1968 nach Prag und 1970 nach Polen. Sie heiratet den Schweizer Bernhard Hagmann und zieht nach Paris, wo ihre Soft-Skulpturen 1971 die Midaille d'argent de la Ville de Paris erhalten. Kontakte zur Gruppe Lettrisme et Hypergraphie in Paris. Wohnsitz ist Emmen, ab 1974 Aarau. Eine Gastprofessur föhrt sie 1998 nach Berlin. Sie widmet sich der Interferenz von Farbe und Ton und nimmt ab 2002 an Festivals för elektronische Musik teil. Wechsel des Wohnsitzes nach Basel. 2006 wird sie mit The singing mountain an die Biennale Natur und Kunst in Södkorea eingeladen. (Quelle: SIKART)
