Gemessen wird mit einem Patent von Thomas Ferdinand Walker (1837 - 1921), eine Rotorschraube wird während der Fahrt im Wasser versenkt, welche sich in der Strömung dreht, diese Drehbewegung wird über eine biegsame Welle an das Messgerät übertragen welches analog die zurückgelegte Strecke anzeigt. L Gesamt: 120 cm. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren, Funktion nicht geprüft.
