Laufwurzel mit dreizeiliger Firmierung, rechts am Rahmen zweizeilig, links Händleradresse "Von Lengerke / & Detmold / New-York". Originale Brünierung, schwache Tragespuren an den Kanten, dünner am Griff. Hahn blank, Gehäuse leicht pflaumenfarben. Auszieher gebläut. Florale schwarze Hartgummigriffschalen. Fangring. Vgl. Breathed/Schroeder, System Mauser Mod. 1896, S. 80, wo diese Waffe numerisch aufgeführt wird.

Cal. 7,63mmMauser, SN. 29514, matching numbers. Barrel length 100 mm, matte bore. Six shots. Proof marks Double-Crown/"U". Made approx. in 1902. On top of chamber three-line maker's mark, on the right-hand side of the receiver two-line, the left-hand side of the receiver marked "Von Lengerke / & Detmold / New-York". Original finish > 96%, minor edge wear, some thinning on the grip straps. The trigger polished, the receiver with a light touch of plum-colour. The extractor fire blued. Black hardrubber grips with floral decoration. See Breathed/Schroeder, „System Mauser Mod. 1896“, p. 80, where this gun is listed.
