Kal. 10,6mmDtOrd, Nr. 46, nummerngleich. Vierfach gezogener, kanonierter, leicht rauer Lauf, Länge 150 mm. Sechsschüssig. Geschlossener Rahmen. Rahmen gemarkt mit Firmierung "Gebr. Mauser & Cie Oberndorf a/N". Vollständige, nach Überarbeitung erneuerte Hochglanzbrünierung an Lauf und Griffstück. Leichte Korrosionsspuren nach wie vor sichtbar. Trommelbohrungen leicht rau. Sicherung, Hahn und Abzug gelb angelassen. Mit Trommelsicherung links am Rahmen. Holzgriffschalen mit Fischhaut. Fangringhalterung und Fangring fehlen. Zick-Zack-Revolver mit geschlossenem Rahmen zählen zu den seltensten Varianten. Durch behutsame Reinigung zu verbessern.

A Mauser zig-zag revolver, closed frame
Cal. 10,6mmDtOrd, SN. 46, matching numbers. Barrel length 150 mm, slightly frosted bore, four lands/grooves, the muzzle with a cannon rim like the Reich Revolver M79. Six shots. Solid top strap. The frame marked "Gebr. Mauser & Cie Oberndorf a/N". Partly reworked and reblued, some slight pitting still visible. Cylinder chambers with moderate frosting. Safety, hammer and trigger strawed. Cylinder safety on the left hand side of the frame. Checkered walnut grips. Lanyard ring and attachment missing. Careful cleaning can still improve the overall condition.
This type of zig-zag revolver with closed frame is extremely rare!
