Lot 619 | MEISSEN Speiseservice "Schwanen-Dessin mit Goldrand", 20. Jh.
MEISSEN dish set "Swan Dessin with gold rim", 20th century, 32-piece dinner set designed by J.J. Kaendler and J. F. Eberlein from around 1737-1741. The entire surface is covered with a relief decoration: reeds, swans and herons in the water are depicted on wavy shell ribs. White porcelain with gilt edges. Consisting of: 1st choice: 7 underplates, D 31.5 cm; Crossed swords mark with 1 grinding line below the mark (this is probably marked white goods): tureen on 4 volute feet with lid knob in the shape of a dolphin, 1 x handle with fire crack, H 29 cm x L 34 (measured incl. handles), 1 oval meat platter , L 35.5 cm, 6 saucers for the soup bowls or desert plates, D 16.5 cm, 1 sauce boat with fish handle, L 20 cm and parts with 4 abrasive lines (identification of deputat goods that do not necessarily have quality defects): 1 vegetable bowl , D 18.5 cm, 6 soup bowls with lids, 1 x small. chip on base ring, the lid knobs in the shape of a snail, d 11.5 cm, 6 dinner plates, d 24.5 cm, 1 rectangular bowl with handles, l 33 cm (measured with handles, 1 x with fire crack on the bottom of the handle), rectangular bowl without gold rim, l 24.5 cm and 1 cake plate or saucer, d 20 cm, plus LUDWIGSBURG: 6 napkin rings and 2 hand-blown glass swans, L 11 cm each. Slight signs of age and wear.
