Mercedes-Benz motorsport legend DIETER GLEMSER born in 1938, 2 winners trophies of the Poland Rally 1963, one of them with engraving, both hallmarked. In addition, the start number badge and another badge as well as 2 autograph cards with original signature in postcard format. Height approx. 36 cm and 43 cm (with base). Glemser began his career with the start of the Schorndorfer hill climb in 1960. This was followed by numerous class victories in various hill and circuit races on the Nürburgring. He celebrated joining Daimler-Benz in 1963 with overall victory in the Poland rally in a Mercedes 220 SE and second place each in the Germany rally and the Argentine Grand Prix. Between 1969 and 1974 he secured various championship titles on Ford. In 1974 he ended his motorsport career. The objects with partly clear signs of age and wear, a slight dent on a trophie.
