Bowring in segno di/ particolare stima il di 3 9bre 1836’, and ‘Florence 3 9ber 1836/ The enclosed writing and outline of / Michael Angelo was given on this/ day by his descendant Cosimo/ Buonarroti/ John Bowring’).
