Moderne figürliche Skulptur eines hingestreckten, niedergeschlagenen Mannes in kraftvoller Formgebung, in der sich Körperspannung und Verletzlichkeit des Menschen ausdrucksstark verbinden. Auf Holzpodest. Signiert "DD" und mit Gießereistempel. Höhe 16 cm. Länge 29 cm.
In der Grundhaltung erinnert die Szene an die antike hellenistische Marmorskulptur des sterbenden Galliers, in diversen Details variiert die Szene jedoch. Der Künstler schuf dadurch eine Skulptur ganz eigener Wertigkeit.

Modern figurative sculpture of a prostrate man in expressive combination of body tension and vulnerability. On a wooden pedestal. Signed "DD" and stamped. Height 16 cm. Length 29 cm.
In its basic posture the scene is reminiscent of the ancient Hellenistic marble sculpture of the dying Gaul, but the scene varies in many details. The artist thus created a sculpture of a very special value.

The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments.
