Auf der einen Seite der Ikone befindet sich ein Schulterbildnis Christi mit ernstem, fast strengen Gesichtsausdruck. Seine ausdrucksvollen Augen blicken nach links, vom Betrachter abgewandt. Auf der anderen Seite der Ikone ist der Heilige Georg dargestellt, in einem wehendem roten Mantel auf einem grauen Pferd reitend. Zu seinen Füßen liegt der Drache, den er mit seiner Lanze durchbohrt. Diese doppelseitige Ikone, die aus dem frühen 13. Jahrhundert stammt, zeichnet sich durch die kraftvolle Symbolik und die feinen Details der Gesichtszüge und Gesten aus. Partiell rest.
