Russland, um 1800
Holztafel mit zwei Rückseiten- und zwei Stirnseiten-Sponki. Kowtscheg, Eitempera auf Kreidegrund, partielle Vergoldung. 67,7 x 47,8 cm. Achsialsymmetrische Komposition. Im unteren Bereich der Komposition die auf einem Bett ausgestreckte Gottesmutter. Hinter ihr steht Christus vor einer Strahlenmandorla. Zu beiden Seiten flankieren sie Engel und die Apostel. In der oberen Bildhälfte thront die von den Erzengeln umgebene Gottesmutter. Zu beiden Seiten schweben die von je einem Engel begleiteten Apostel auf Wolken. Im Hintergrund detailreich ausgeführte Architekturkulisse. Oberer Ecken erg., min. rest.
