The complete collection with good impressions of the 35 plates engraved by Giuseppe Rosaspina, Giuseppe Longhi, Giuseppe Benaglia and Michele Bisi from the famous "Fasti Napoleonici" painted by Appiani for the decoration of "Sala delle Cariatidi" of Palazzo Reale in Milan and that were lost during the Second World War. The work was commissioned in 1811 for the extraordinary remuneration of 91,620.66 Italian lire. The "Fasti" start with the Battle of Montenotte (1796) and end with the medals for Napoleon's victories in Germany (Austerlitz 1805, Eylau 1806 and Friedland 1807).
Oblong folio (348 x 640mm). 35 plates (the measurements of the leaves varies slightly). Loose in a contemporary portfolio backed in brown diced russia, covers in marbled green paper, green paper label decorated in gilt (extremities lightly rubbed)

After opening it, select the desired auction from the list, enter and view the current status of the interested lot.
The information about the auction winners is confidential. The auction winner will receive a direct notification from the auction house responsible with instructions for further action: an invoice for payment and the manner in which the goods will be received.
Each of the auction houses has its own payment policy for the won lots. All auction houses accept bank transfers, most of them accept credit card payments. Shipment of the won lot depends on its size. Small items can be delivered by post. Larger lots are sent by courier. Employees of the auction houses will offer you a wide range to choose from.
